Go Maint Me is web-based, all you need is an internet connection to access the software. You can use Go Maint Me through any modern web browser, including Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer and Opera. Go Maint Me also supports most major smartphone and tablet devices, including Apple iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows platforms.
Does Go Maint Me develop customized features?

Do I need to install any software?
Go Maint Me is 100% web based, so you can access it anywhere and there’s no software to install.
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely. You can switch between our monthly or annual plans at any point without penalty.
Is my data safe?
Your data is safe, secure and always backed up—it’s as precious to us as it is to you. For security of transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any information you send to us electronically.
Are there any set-up fees?
No. We do not charge any set-up fees and with our free trial you can try out Go Maint Me completely risk-free without any upfront costs.
Can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, without any cancellation fees. If you do decide to cancel, you will never be charged again and will only be responsible for charges incurred up until the end of the current billing period. If you try Go Maint Me but decide it’s not right for your business, we delete your trial account after 90 days.
Can I import my data?
You sure can. Go Maint Me enables you to import data from a range of assets, inventories and whatever you want. You can even import data from spreadsheets or other unspecified systems. We always help you, just contact us!
Can i export my data?
Of course. You can export data such as custom reports, work orders, assets, inventories, etc. or export all your data to spreadsheets.
Is my data backed up and secure?
Your Go Maint Me data is backed up daily. That’s on top of the fact that the infrastructure that Go Maint Me is built on top of is completely redundant and fail safe, in terms of storage and processing. The physical facility that your data is stored in is also extremely secure.
